Congratulations to KBSA for Award win!

When we visited the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association stand, membership manager Dawn Harlow told us how delighted everyone in the team was to have won the Special Achievement Award at the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards, for the significant contribution made to the KBB industry - and naturally she and Malcolm Scott, commercial director, Swift Electrical / KBSA corporate chair, wanted the Award in our picture!

The Award wasn't the only success of the week though, since they said the exhibition had proved really good, with significant interest shown in membership from a great many stand visitors, and bookings taken for the 2018 KBSA conference.

Speaking after the show had finished, KBSA national chair, Richard Hibbert, said of the show. "It was really successful, not just for our association but for many of the brands that invested in stands to exhibit.

"The retailers we met were all positive and planning to invest in their showrooms and recognising the value of KBSA membership to help them do this.

"Our special deals and discounts on membership and tickets for the annual conference were also very popular at KBB and these are still available for a limited time only."

New retail members can save as much as 40% on the cost of joining the KBSA and more if they book for the 2018 conference at the same time. Existing members can save up to 50% on a range of special 'Early Bird' prices for booking the 2018 Conference and Awards Dinner.
A new foundation membership has also been launched for new retail businesses, enabling them to access KBSA support and benefits as they grow their businesses.

"We have sold all of our major sponsorship packages for the 2018 conference and already have members signed up to attend, which will enable us to meet our aim of making this year even better than last year," he explained.

"We have a very exciting year planned to celebrate our 40th anniversary and there has never been a better time to be a KBSA member."

Speaking of the Award win, he said: "We are absolutely stunned and delighted to receive this award. It is an honour that the KBSA has been recognised in this way, by the industry, in our 40th year.

"It really is a collective award for all our members and reflects the efforts of those that have dedicated so much energy and passion to the KBSA over the last 40 years."
