New account manager bolsters sales team

Abode Designs has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Esther Bowness, who joins the manufacturer as a national account manager.

Esther brings with her a wealth of experience from all channels and all areas of not only the kitchen and bathroom industry, but the wider consumer market too. She began her career in account management at the age of 21, working for Haribo for seven years managing key accounts with major retailers such as Waitrose.

Esther began her kitchen and bathroom career in 2003, working with a major developer to learn all aspects of building specification and design. Since then she has enjoyed sales roles with Astracast and Jacuzzi, looking after trade, retail and DIY customers.

"I am very excited to be working with Abode, managing major national accounts," she says. "The distinct kitchen and bathroom portfolio, along with the company's attention to detail and excellent customer service, means that we currently have lots of exciting projects on the go.

"It is a pleasure to be working with such a dynamic team that really make things happen."
