Better than ever ceramic hobs from Amica

Amica has redesigned two of its best-selling ceramic hobs, adding sophisticated features and safety improvements.

The ACH6420FR (pictured) four zone model replaces the PH6420ZT. The hob has front touch controls with LED display and nine power levels, along with many safety features including temperature limiter and a time limit security system. It has an easy clean, stylish black frameless design for easy maintenance.

The new ACH6440FR will replace the PH6220ZT. The ACH6440FR is a four zone, front touch control ceramic hob featuring nine power levels and has two dual zones for flexible cooking. The ceramic hob includes a minute minder, residual heat indicator and safety features including overflow and overheat detection.

"There is still a good market for ceramic hobs," comments Amica marketing manager Steve Corbett. "Especially among consumers looking to replace older models that do not have the sophisticated control and safety features offered by these modern designs."
