Who's Sirius' Manufacturer of the Year? Hoover, that's who!

Hoover Candy has been crowned the Sirius Manufacturer of the Year for the fifth time in seven years. Judged and voted for by Sirius members, brands are scored on a range of criteria, including outstanding sales team support, service, products, innovation, quality and head office support.

The manufacturer, which has been a member of the Sirius Buying Group for more than 15 years, was the winner at the awards, held at The Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel and Country Club, on Wednesday.

Hoover also won the award for Stand of the Year at the 2018 show.

"Winning this award for a fifth time is truly a testament to all the hard work that everyone from across the whole group has put into delivering gold-standard service day in, day out," says Steve Macdonald, business director (freestanding appliances) at Hoover Candy UK .

"Caring for our customers and in turn, their customers, has always been a priority, which is why winning the accolade this year is so important to us. It's helped ensure that we're on the right track, showing the right level of care to our trusted trade partners.

"The elements of style, care and innovation in our product range has really shone in the last 12 months, but it's recognition like this that means we're showing these important factors in other areas, such as service and support.
