Franke cements stainless steel worksurface partnership with F Jones Cleveland

CEO of F Jones Cleveland, Fred Jones, recently visited Franke's UK headquarters in Manchester to further cement its partnership as the nationwide installer of the company's luxury stainless steel worksurfaces.

F Jones Cleveland is providing the specialist template and installation service for the range of products that will be manufactured in Franke factories, assuring installation within 21 days of order placement.

Fred Jones met key Franke staff and visited the newly refurbished showroom, which now features a luxury island unit in 4mm PureSteel stainless steel. This allowed him to gain a deeper understanding of the complete Franke portfolio of sinks, taps, hoods and worksurfaces, in addition to sister-brands Carron Phoenix and KWC.

Says Neil Clark, managing director at Franke:

Established for over 30 years, the company has considerable expertise in the luxury worksurfaces sector installing granite, stone and composite materials.

Working with F Jones Cleveland, Franke has also produced a Customer Charter for its retail partners which outlines the worksurface process from end-to-end to ensure it is seamless from start to finish, from an initial enquiry through to installation and aftercare.
