CIH launches new SAP system

Combined Independents (Holdings) has implemented a number of changes to its SAP system to benefit CIH members and Euronics agents. The upgraded system allows members and agents to submit marketing claims, obtain best price and promotional offers, check stock levels and retrieve data on top selling products along with managing their accounts and credit limits.

In addition, CIH will be offering a full marketing suite giving the members and agents a 'one stop shop' solution.

CIH has implemented the improvements to provide members and agents with all the information for bringing products to life in their showrooms, ensuring the members and agents can take control of every aspect of their business.

To provide further support to CIH members and Euronics agents, CIH has created a collection of step-by-step video guides that can be found on the homepage area of the new website. Furthermore, the improved SAP system ensures that the areas of purchasing, marketing and finance are seamlessly linked through one core platform, to ensure an improvement in all processes, and transforming the connection between CIH and Euronics' members and agents.
