BiKBBI Protected welcomes expressions of interest
Following the launch of The British Institute of Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom Installation Protected initiative at The Houses of Parliament in January, the organisation is pleased to confirm that it is ready to accept expressions of interest from those retailers wanting to find out more.
BiKBBI plans a number of regional events to present the scheme to interested parties, following encouraging initial interest shown by the industry.
Communications manager Nicole Mercer (pictured) confirmed that the organisation had received interest from 267 independent retailers, four regional retailers and three nationals, saying: "It's a great start to the Protected initiative".
BiKBBI Protected is a new and innovative platform that connects consumers and installers via the retailer, reducing cost and risk to all stakeholders. The scheme is underpinned by Escrow powered payment protection, insurance backed warranties and leading compliance management.
