Uform announces new appointments

* Uform-New-Recruits.jpgKitchen components manufacturer and distributor Uform has recently expanded its team with the recruitment of new roles across the finance, sales, business development and the IT functions of the business.

Simon Snoddy has joined the board of directors as the new group finance director and will be responsible for the company's financial strategy to ensure profitable long-term growth. Simon brings a wealth of experience with previous roles including finance director for recruitment agency Staffline Ireland where he was pivotal in the acquisition of its main competitor, Grafton Recruitment. Previous to this Simon worked in the media sector for Independent News & Media (NI) as finance director for eight years and also worked as senior management for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belfast.

Two area sales manager appointments have been made within the UK sales team with the appointment of Danny Fowler who will lead the Yorkshire area and Scott Dunn who will lead the East Midlands area. Danny's previous experience includes territory sales management for construction company Sig and positions within stationery company Lyreco UK; ranging from senior sales executive to business development manager.

Scott's previous experience includes over seven years with Worcester Bosch as an area sales manager and more recently four years with JLA supplying industrial catering equipment into the restaurant and hotel industry.

Natasha Shaw and Susan Burrows join the growing BDU Team and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with existing customers.
Ronan Bothwell has also joined the company as a business intelligence engineer and will be pivotal in the development of platforms which provide accurate customer data to make sound business decisions.
