Caesarstone UK opens second distribution centre

Caesarstone UK has opened its second distribution centre in Trafford Park, Manchester. The 20,000sq.ft warehouse will act as a hub, serving customers in the north, cutting delivery times and improving service levels.

A permanent Caesarstone showroom will open on the same site at some stage over the coming months.

"Our UK business continues to grow at a significant rate and the opening of our Manchester distribution centre is another milestone in our long-term UK expansion strategy," says Caesarstone UK managing director, Amir Reske.

"We have a healthy business in the north of England with growing demand for our products. Our new Trafford Park location will allow us to improve on our already excellent levels of service, as well as catering for northern based consumers by giving them a more accessible location to view our award-winning surfaces."

A showroom space will open at the same site in the following months, mirroring the Caesarstone London Studio that opened at the brand's headquarters in May 2018. It will be designed to appeal to and cater for end consumers, kitchen designers, and architects by having large format slabs on display and a highly engaging and tactile experience that allows visitors to immerse themselves in the design process.

Caesarstone confirmed that it will open further distribution centres in the UK over the next 12 months.

Caesarstone UK Manchester is located at Unit 38, Wheel Forge Way, Ashburton Point, Trafford Park M17 1EH. Warehouse opening times are 7.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

The distribution centre will carry the full range of Caesarstone UK products, including colours from the award-winning Metropolitan Collection.
