Ray Isted legends film from Acres Consultancy
Well known industry professional Ray Isted is the third KBB professional to take part in Acres Consultancy's 'Industry Legends' series - launched to share the thoughts and advice of some of the most successful professionals in the industry.
Ray's film covers his early career in senior positions at Whirlpool and explores his thoughts on what it takes to be a successful KBB retailer in today's market. He urges retailers to research the local market and have a demonstrable point of difference to enable the customer to make their choice.
"Retail is a challenging environment for independent retailers and knowledge is key," says Ray. "It is important to stay up to date and invest in a website and training so that customers can not only see that a retailer is knowledgeable but be able to back this up when they visit the showroom."
