We're back!

Following the temporary closure of our head office operation in March, and in response to the national Coronavirus lockdown, we have managed to continue the delivery of our service remotely.

Whilst we have proven that technology allowed for remote working, I know that our team are stronger together and as such I've been working on a phased plan to safely reopen our HQ operation. This phased return started in June and has been running successfully throughout, which has included adaption of our office environment to meet government directives.

I am delighted to confirm that from Monday 3rd of August 2020 our office will reopen and resume usual opening hours (Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm). Telephone lines reopen during these times, although sadly we will not we be welcoming visitors back until the new year.

Of course, this is a fast-moving situation and may be subject to change. We will continue to follow government guidance on the matter and will conduct regular reviewing of our policies to ensure the safety of our team is prioritised above all else.

Finally, I would like to thank you for your support throughout this situation.

I have been incredibly proud of my teams' support throughout and the support received from our members, partners, associates and supporters. Without a joined-up effort, we would not be in a position to continue as we are.

We are back and looking forward to speaking to you again.
