Easter eggs for children's charity

* Sherene-Lester-Childrens-Trust.jpgBathroom showroom, Burge and Gunson in Colliers Wood, London, together with Mitcham-based national bathroom distributor, Farmiloe, donated 150 Easter eggs to The Children's Trust, Tadworth - a national charity that provides specialist care for some of the UK's most severely disabled children - rehabilitation to children with an acquired brain injury.

The eggs are part of a special promotion that Farmiloe runs with luxury bathroom company, Bette. The Children's Trust used the eggs to help with its fundraising during its Easter egg hunt at the Trust's annual Spring Fair at Tadworth Court, Tadworth, Surrey on 7th April.

"During April we are given eggs by Farmiloe, as part of their special promotion that offers showrooms a free Easter egg with every delivery of a Bette steel/enamel bathroom product," reveals Ray Gunson, MD of Burge and Gunson "This year, we decided to donate all of these eggs and buy more, so that we could donate 150 to the Children's Trust charity, based locally in Tadworth, Surrey."

Sherene Lester, Community Fundraising Assistant at The Children's Trust, adds: "We were thrilled with this very generous donation of Easter Eggs and would like to say a big thank you to both companies."

Pictured with the Easter eggs are Steve Jackson, general manager of Burge and Gunson and Sherene Lester from the Children's Trust.
