The Furniture Ombudsman has highlighted The Kitchen & Bedroom Showroom as a kitchen retailer that is acting as a very responsible retailer within the Bournemouth area.

Kevin Grix, Head of The Furniture Ombudsman, commended The Kitchen & Bedroom Showroom for working in a way which puts the consumer first, saying:

"Managing Director Terry Earle and his team go way beyond what is expected to ensure that kitchens bought from them exceed consumer's expectation.

"All of our Members strive to offer increased levels of consumer protection through our code of practice. It is pleasing to see that Members such as The Kitchen & Bedroom Showroom are going well above the legal requirement to offer customers support and confidence."

The Kitchen & Bedroom Showroom, which has been installing and supplying kitchens throughout Bournemouth, Dorset and Hampshire for over 30 years, has built up a very strong reputation for providing a high quality service. Its staff are particularly well-known for the personal approach they put into each kitchen, from the initial design to the complete fitting.

Furthermore, the company is said to be the only kitchen supplier within a 25 mile radius which employs its own dedicated kitchen fitters, ensuring that installations are carried out to the same high standard each and every time. Each kitchen bought from The Kitchen & Bedroom Showroom is overseen by a dedicated Installation Manager who ensured that the consumer is kept updated and informed throughout the whole purchasing and installation process.
