Colourful kitchens launched by Leicht

To celebrate Summer, Leicht has introduced a new era of colourful kitchen designs taking its inspiration from the retro look of the 50s, 60s and 70s and which combine new finishes with hi-tech features.

Three new colours - petrol, curcuma (warm mustard yellow) and saffron - provide the accent of colour to brighten up a neutral kitchen. Also new for summer 2012 are ceramic worktops that come in nine colours and decors and incorporate integrated sinks. 'Q-Box' is a new interior furnishing for drawers and pullouts and together with other small details will offer customers all the latest quality features for their contemporary kitchens.

The new colours provide a very modern look to the extensive Leicht range of kitchens. The muted matt orange Saffron provides a feeling of optimism and joie de vivre and is best combined as an accent with neutral whites or greys to give a bright splash of colour.

The deep blue green petrol provides a depth of colour and can be used more expansively to give a natural open look. This combines well with all wood styles and greys and can give an earthy look to the kitchen. The unusual mustard yellow curcuma instantly provides a warm, cheerful look taking its inspiration from Buddhist monks' robes. This goes well with grey or black timbers.

As one of the top German kitchen manufacturers, Leicht has an aggressive development plan with new colour combinations, features and designs regularly launched. It has just brought in suspended kitchen furniture where wall units can hang direct from the wall without the need for a plinth, or islands can be mounted on a large metal cradle, giving them a floating and airy look.

The new Classic-FS Carre gives a new look to Leicht with open shelving on the island and versatile options for design. Available in 12 Collection colours and the RAL classic colours it provides a kitchen that can suit all tastes.
