KBSA welcomes two new retail members

Caroline-Cooper_Ruth-Ward.jpgThe Kitchen Bathroom & Bedroom Specialists Association has welcomed on board two new retail members, demonstrating that KBB retailers are recognising the value of KBSA membership - particularly the ability to offer consumer protection, increasingly seen as a 'must have' in the current climate.

West Midland based Roman Bathrooms and Abbey Kitchens in Gloucestershire, both well-established family businesses, have joined the KBSA this month.

"We believe that KBSA membership will help differentiate us from the competition," says Caroline Cooper, showroom owner at Roman Bathrooms. "Consumers value the third party accreditation and it helps us communicate that we are offering a recognised 'gold standard' in terms of design and customer service."

Roman Bathrooms has recently expanded and added Mereway Kitchens to its portfolio alongside bathroom brands such as Utopia, Ambiance Bain and Grohe.

Husband and wife team, Sue and Chris Hook at Abbey Kitchens were attracted by the extra confidence the KBSA insurance offers to consumers. "The tough economic conditions have made consumers more cautious about embarking on a major purchase. The KBSA insurance gives complete peace of mind and we are confident it will help us convert more sales," says Sue.

Abbey Kitchens sells bespoke kitchens and furniture. They offer both traditional and contemporary designs, hand painted and solid wood with their own hardwood worktops or a choice of granite, silestone, ceasarstone and others.
