Recent regional meeting a success for the KBSA
The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association held a successful regional meeting in Gloucestershire recently, hosted by regional chair for the South West Julian Bayliss.
The meeting was sponsored by Hoover Candy and included an appliance market update from Maurizio Severgnini, Managing Director, Hoover Candy Built-in Division and a presentation on lighting trends from John Craig, National Sales Manager, Sensio Lighting.
"We are grateful to both Maurizio and John for their informative and interesting presentations and to all those members that took time out to attend," said KBSA CEO Graham Ball, at the event.
"It is difficult in the current climate to find the time to attend such events but it is rewarding to find that those that do always find it worthwhile."
The meeting also included an update on KBSA activities and a review of the current benefits that can save retail members as much as £1,000 per year.
Regional meeting dates for 2013 will be confirmed soon and details published on the KBSA website.
The KBSA is a national trade association founded 30 years ago to promote excellence within the interiors industry and champion consumer protection. It now boasts more than 300 retail members throughout the UK.
KBSA members are dedicated to upholding the association's high standards of design, supply, installation and customer service throughout the interiors industry. All members are carefully vetted prior to admission and they must have been trading for at least two years to be considered for membership. All members offer ConsumerCare deposit protection or ConsumerCare Plus, which protects the consumer from payment of the deposit to completion of the contract and includes an insurance backed warranty.
In addition, all members are subject to regular monitoring of their businesses to ensure levels of quality are continually maintained.
