Tuscan engineered flooring range is faster to fit with the new 5GS locking system.

The Tuscan engineered flooring range, exclusively distributed by IDS, has been upgraded to offer the 5GS locking system, estimated to speed up installation time by as much as 25% compared to the previous profile. Timber offers a warm, high performance flooring material which is ideal for open plan living.

5G is so called because it represents the fifth generation development in floor locking systems and features an improved and faster method for installation. With 5GS there is no 'tapping up' of the end joints when the boards are put in place which reduces the risk of board damage during installation. The boards are simply laid and click smoothly into position. While being even faster to fit, the range also offers the flexibility for installation onto a range of sub-floors.

The 5GS profile is available on all eight finishes in the Tuscan engineered flooring range which offers a mix of popular oaks, whitewashed effects and rich tones in a choice of surface textures. It is part of the Tuscan portfolio which offers 41 flooring effects in total, subdivided into 18 Tuscan solid wood, eight Tuscan engineered wood and 15 effects in Tuscan Elite.

Tuscan engineered flooring comes with a 25 year residential warranty against manufacturing defect.
