Roman recalculates Infinity

* Roman-Infinity-tray.jpgUK shower manufacturer and designer, Roman, has reduced the price of its design-led Infinity shower trays and its Colossus Roman Stone trays - making them comparable to many standard shower trays available and even more attractive for customers.

Roman's Infinity tray range and Roman Stone tray range are both manufactured in Roman's on-site UK solid surface manufacturing facility. Breakthroughs in volume have seen the manufacturer now reducing pricing on these products.

The Infinity trays allow you to simulate the look and style of a wetroom, with the ease of installation associated with a shower tray. Manufactured from Roman Stone, they are self-reinforcing, so can be installed directly onto joists. At a height of only 40mm, once tiled up to, the shower tray sits flush with the floor, to give total level access, ensuring effortless entry for all.

The tray design is then completed with a solid surface waste cover, which gives a seamless finish. The Infinity trays are available in six different footprints, including all the most popular rectangular footprint dimensions, and a 900 x 900mm quadrant shaped version.

The Colossus Roman Stone trays are likewise self-reinforcing and can also be installed to joists, for a level access finish. These trays perfectly suit Roman's bath replacement 1700mm Colossus, and their 1450mm 'mini' Colossus.

Roman has also reduced the pricing on its Embrace and Collage sliding door enclosures, and its Embrace and Collage Quadrant enclosures. These already affordable products are amongst Roman's best sellers, so this new lower pricing is set to make them even more popular.

The new lower pricing is included in Roman's latest February 2013 brochure, which will be available as from the first week in February.

David Osborne, Managing Director of Roman comments: "We have seen the sales of our Low Level Shower Trays steadily increase and, in particular, our Infinity trays have become increasingly popular. A key trend is installing low level trays to create a simulated wetroom look. With their increased popularity, 2012 saw volume breakthroughs on the Infinity trays and the Roman Stone Colossus trays, which has enabled us to review the product pricing.

"Alongside this, as part of our ISO9001 accreditation, we regularly review our systems and processes. This often leads to streamlining and improvements of our manufacturing techniques, which can reduce the cost of producing our products. This, teamed with careful sourcing of raw materials, means that we have been able to lower pricing on certain products. In the current climate we are always keen to pass these savings on to our customers, to help drive sales even further."
