Andrew Lillywhite, former Director of Waterline, joins BCG
Andrew Lillywhite, Waterline's former Logistics Director, has this week joined the leadership team of kitchen, bathroom and heating distributor BCG, as the new Commercial and Operations Director. Andrew's remit will include all accountability for the commercial, operations and customer service departments with responsibility for over 50 members of staff.
Andrew's role will enable BCG to further strengthen these highly critical departments within the business and will allow particular attention to be paid to improving the overall customer experience for both the Retail and Merchant accounts.
Chris Honer, BCG's Managing Director, says of the new appointment: "I am delighted that Andrew has decided to join us. His experience within this industry along with the skills and knowledge he's obtained from working with Indesit Company and Amazon sees him bring a wealth of knowledge to the team.
"We have paid particular attention to the customer service and brand/marketing departments over the past couple of years and Andrew's skill set allows us to branch out in the direction I am now keen to improve and develop further.
