Sopwell House Hotel selects Crosswater's complete bathroom package

Sopwell House, the 4 star country house hotel in Hertfordshire, has specified new luxury bathrooms from all the brands in the Crosswater Group; Crosswater brassware and shower fittings, Simpsons enclosures and wet rooms and Bauhaus sanitary ware.

The luxury 16th century hotel boasts 129 bedrooms and suites all set in 12 acres of beautiful countryside on the outskirts of St Albans. Working with its contract partner, C.P.Hart to design, supply and install the new bathrooms, Crosswater Group has supplied a beautiful range of products that have included Simpsons Ten shower enclosures, Crosswater Central taps and mixers and Solo fixed shower heads.

David Balmer, senior hospitality projects manager for the Crosswater Group, says: "Luxury bathrooms provide an immediate indicator as to the real quality of a hotel for guests. Sopwell House recognises the importance of high quality and stylish bathroom fittings and the equal significance of a quality after-sale-service. Products have to look amazing, perform outstandingly, clean well and quickly and, in the unlikely event of break-down, receive a prompt efficient service. A bedroom or suite out of commission is lost profit after all."

Crosswater introduced its contracts division last year and, in partnership with its retail and merchant customers, supplies a dedicated hotel and projects service which works closely with its customers to roll out bathroom refits that cause minimum disruption and interruption.
