Vado welcomes international students

Vado has welcomed two international students, Billy Tse and Stella Wu, to the Purchasing team this week. On placement from the University of Bath as part of their Masters Degree in Advanced Management Practice, they are enjoying these placements as part of a continuing and successful long-standing partnership between the University and Vado.

Billy and Stella will be part of the team in Cheddar where, over the next six months, they will gain crucial industry experience liaising with international suppliers and learning the complexities of procurement and budgeting; all skills at the forefront of keeping the business supplied with resources to continue its trade both in the UK and across the globe.

Vado 's Purchasing Manager Rachel Kirk says: "We were very impressed with the standard of applicants for the two challenging positions that were available; Billy brings excellent attention to detail gained through time spent with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PWC) whilst Stella demonstrates strong communication and language skills."

Both Billy and Stella are thrilled to be working with such a vibrant company during an exciting time of growth for Vado.
