De Dietrich has introduced the DTi1358DG Chef 65cm dual zoneless induction hob with interactive colour display as part of its Premium collection of sophisticated and advanced appliances. Available in dark grey colourway, this stylish hob features a full colour display with touch controls to navigate the user through the four separate zoned and zoneless configurations:

Solo, Duo, Trio and Zoned. Each configuration is displayed on its integrated interface and additional information, such as minute minder, programmable timer and booster function are easy to set and can be viewed at a glance.

The Solo mode offers true zoneless cooking, and the entire 41cm x 60cm cooking area is at one overall temperature with full zoneless capability including automatic pan detection and power tracking.

The Duo mode converts the hob into two side-by-side 41cm x 24cm zoneless cooking areas where the temperatures can be individually adjusted so that pans can be at two different power levels. Multifunction options such as direct access levels or up to four hour programmable timers are also available on both zones.

With Trio mode, the hob features two standard 21cm x 24cm cooking zones with separate temperatures per zone on the right hand side, plus a 41 x 24cm grill multifunction area on the left, for which the complementary cast iron grill accessory can be used.

Using this mode, additional power is allocated to one side of the hob, thus enabling rapid griddling of meat, fish or prawns for a cooktop barbecue. Each cooking area has adjustable temperatures, and each has multifunction options, such as direct access levels or programmable timers up to four hours.

In Zoned mode, the hob features four standard 21cm x 24cm cooking zones, each offering different temperature levels, ideal when cooking four separately controlled dishes. Each cooking area has adjustable temperatures, and each has multifunction options, such as direct access or programmable timers up to four hours. Using this cooking mode, there are further easily accessible features such as automatic boil up, keep warm functions and elapsed time indicators.
