Bathroom Brands obtains planning approval for a new state of the art UK Headquarters

Bathroom Brands has announced the commissioning of a brand new facility. The UK head office part of this new development will combine the portfolio of 10 bathroom brands including such well known names as Burlington, Britton, and Crosswater, together in one purpose designed and built facility.

The new-build development, at The Bridge Business Park in Dartford, includes a 132,000sq ft modern warehouse for the Crosswater Group brands. It will replace the existing Charles Park, Dartford premises.

There will be 28,000 square feet of offices, training and entertainment facilities & trade showroom for the Group.

"The continued growth of our businesses means that we have outgrown our current premises," says David Hance, Chairman of Crosswater. "We see real operational benefits in moving our entire warehousing under one roof, with room to grow for a further decade!"

Patrick Riley, CEO of Bathroom Brands adds: "Bringing the management teams together with the other brands within Bathroom Brands will bring real additional benefits to our group."

Bathroom Brands are now number three in the UK bathroom market and this year have continued to make significant investments with new products, technology and the substantial marketing expenditure with the 'Biggest Bathroom Sale.'
