Mistoria Group hopes to 'clean up' with new business Mistoria Spotless

Manchester based property investment company, the Mistoria Group, has announced the addition of yet another business to its portfolio. Mistoria Spotless will deliver a number of different elements, including house clearance, a 'builders clean' and a 'sparkle clean' service and is the newest arm to the company, bringing the number of divisions operating under the Mistoria Group brand to nine.

House clearance will include emptying and - if necessary - ripping out any existing fixed items such as kitchen or bathroom components from the property, in order to provide contractors with a blank canvas upon which to work.

The builders clean will ensure the removal of excess waste left by contractors, with the property cleaned to a high standard appropriate for painting and carpet installation. The Sparkle Clean will provide the 'finishing touch' to a renovation, guaranteeing each room and surface has been cleaned, polished and is pristine, in order to receive tenants or a final inspection from investors or stakeholders. Additional services include carpet cleaning, jet washing, house removals and garden clearance, all of which are also available to third parties outside of the Mistoria business.

The creation of the new division is a further boost to the pro-active company, which launched an international arm to its operations at the end of 2013.
