Tiler wins brand new van with BAL

Professional tiler Mark Ellam has enjoyed the best possible start to 2014, as the lucky winner of a brand new van from BAL. Tilers using BAL Micromax2, BAL Max-Flex Fibre and BAL White Star plus and logging their purchases online, had earned free entries into the draw during 2013.

Mark's name was chosen randomly from thousands of entries, winning him a Ford Transit Connect, bearing the livery of his company, Imperial Tiling.
"It was the week before Christmas - the most expensive time of the year, when I pulled over wondering how much it was going to cost to fix my van," recalls Mark. "On top of all the other niggles you expect from a 14-year-old working vehicle, now it had started to leak diesel. I checked my mobile and was knocked speechless, as the world instantly became a much brighter place!"

As a long-time fan of the market-leading adhesives and grouts, Mark often enters BAL competitions, but this is easily his biggest success.
"I won some Costa coffee vouchers a while back," he says, "but, like most real fixers, I use BAL because I can trust it - not because I expect to win something. Being first out of the hat for such a fabulous prize is unbelievable."

Customers all over Lancashire and the North West will now be able to admire Mark's smart, silver van.

"Thanks to BAL," says Mark, "and the luck of the draw, I now have a van that looks as professional as my tiling."
