Travis Perkins Group Managed Services is a winner at The Housing Excellence Awards
Managed Services, a division of the Travis Perkins Group, delivers bespoke solutions to the public sector and its partners, providing a single source supply chain for all repair and maintenance needs of social housing associations. As a recognised leader in the sector, it has been named as The Housing Excellence Awards Supplier of the Year.
The Housing Excellence Awards are well-known in the sector and this year more than 700 affordable housing sector leaders gathered to attend the gala on 14th May. The event attracts ever-increasing audiences and a consistently high calibre of nominations.
The evaluation criteria for the award included:
* Range of products and services
* Reliability and flexibility of operation,
* Quality of customer service,
* Bulk buying and delivering cost-savings for customers,
* A culture of partnership in the relationship with customers
Travis Perkins Group Managed Services led the way in all the criteria and was also recognised for high efficiency, cost-effectiveness and continual efforts towards upgrading the standards of customer service, as well as improving tenants' experience.
