Small business of the year award for Modern Homes

Leamington Spa based Modern Homes has won a local business award - the Small Business of the Year - in the Touch FM's Pride of Warwick Awards.

The Pride of Warwick Award was a very hotly contested award, with the judges looking for a clear business plan, the ability to demonstrate achievement of business objectives, and a strong understanding of customers' needs.

Modern Homes owner Tina Riley says that it was a special award for the Riley family and the Modern Homes team:

"For over 45 years we have prided ourselves on putting the customer first, and supplying only the best quality products and designs, to be recognised with this award is amazing.

"It was my father who founded the business and I know just how proud of the team and Modern Homes, he is. With some of the best recognised businesses in Warwick represented at the awards evening, we couldn't have been in better company, it was an honour to be there."
